Review of A Grand Madness, U2 Twenty Years After

This is an interesting book about the band, U2, written by a super fan. The author wrote the original book years ago and has added more to the story 20 years later. I enjoyed reading about the iconic band members. They have always been known as being authentic and have taken on important humanitarian and environmental causes. This is more evident as you read the book. The author has been to many concerts over the span of years in various places around the world. The book is documented with journal entries that the author kept detailing the concerts and the impact the band had on her. She has great insight after being to so many concerts. It was also interesting how many other people she recognized as people following the band just as she was. This book definitely shows interesting details about the band as well as that of being a super fan.
