Review of Happy Place

I think this might be my favourite Emily Henry novel!! Six friends get together for their annual week long meet up and we slowly learn what is going on in each of their lives. I really liked all the characters with their different personalities and weaknesses and strengths. They all were well developed and had personal growth. Of course I was the most invested in the two main characters, Harriet and Wyn. I love a second chance romance and this one really pulled at my heart strings. Friendship is another element I love to read about and the friendship between the six characters was so strong and compelling. This book definitely had many aspects that drew me in and I was engaged in the plot throughout. The setting was in a Maine vacation town that was a perfect place for this story. I highly recommend this one and it will be perfect for summer and beach reading.
