Review of Only Love Can Hurt Like This

This is my first Paige Toon book but it won’t be my last. I enjoyed this heartwarming and heartbreaking story. The characters were interesting and the pacing was great. Wren travels from the UK to Indiana to try and forge a better relationship with her father, stepmother and sister. She is in the midst of heartbreak and needs a change in her life. Once she arrives she meets Anders and is instantly intrigued. Complicating their relationship from moving forward is the fact that Anders has a big secret. Can they overcome this and be together? I totally enjoyed my time with these interesting characters and I was captivated by the storyline.
