You know summer is around the corner when Mary Kay Andrews new book comes out. This one is set in a Florida beach town where Letty and her niece Maya flee to after Maya’s mother is killed. Tanya told Letty that if she was ever murdered to take Maya and run. Letty ends us staying in a motel that is where retirees and snowbirds stay and they are a close knit group that doesn’t like Letty joining them. There is a murder, romance, mystery, and a great cast of characters. This is a pretty thick book so pack your beach bag accordingly. A perfect book to start your summer reading with.
