Review of The Suite Spot

I really loved Float Plan last year so I was excited to read this second book in the series. This book is about Anna’s sister Rachel. Rachel is a single mother living in Florida. After she is fired from her job she surprisingly accepts an offer to work in Ohio. She thinks she is going to be working at a resort but once she arrives she learns it isn’t what was advertised. She still decides to stay and help Mason, the owner, get the property up and running. Her relationship progresses with Mason and she becomes a member of the community. While I liked this one I didn’t find it as poignant as Float Plan. The character development wasn’t as well done and there was just something a little bit lacking. I still enjoyed the book and would love to read more from this author.
